World Cup 2010: Andres Iniesta Believes Spain Must Step Up A Gear Against Netherlands

Barca midfielder living a dream...
Spain star Andres Iniesta believes his side will have to step up their performance to overcome Netherlands in Sunday's World Cup final.

Both sides go into the showpiece looking to become just the eighth team to lift the world crown and while Iniesta is happy just to be in with a chance of glory he is hopeful that the European champions can realise their dream.

"I think we will play better because it is probably necessary to do so win the World Cup. What we did in the semi-final certainly won't help us to win the final, but the group is able to take this last step," he told AS.

"We have all dreamed of this.
Just the fact of being in a final is incredible but hopefully we can finish this dream.
We cannot celebrate anything before getting there. We are happy to live this moment but we have before us the challenge of winning a World Cup. We are cautious because we know that we still have the last step, which is the most difficult and most beautiful."
