thumbnail Hello,

The Serie A champions have been linked with a move for the Fiorentina attacker, and the former AC Milan star thinks his compatriot would be a perfect fit

Dejan Savicevic believes that Fiorentina forward Stevan Jovetic would be a good signing for Juventus.

The Bianconeri have recently been linked with a move for the Montenegro international as they aim to add a high-profile name to their front line, and Savicevic feels Jovetic would form a great attacking partnership with his compatriot Mirko Vucinic.

"I have heard about the rumours and I am in favour of such a move. He forms a great duo with Vucinic in the national team," the former AC Milan star said to Tuttosport.

"Stevan has already shown that he is a great player as long as he is fully match fit. Just look at how he performed against Bayern Munich and Liverpool in the past.

"Jovetic knows for himself whether he wants to leave or stay at Fiorentina. I don't want to create controversy, but Juve can offer him Champions League football and the opportunity to fight for the Scudetto. That's not possible with Fiorentina."

The 22-year-old has a contract with the Viola that runs until June 2016.
