The 34-year-old is currently on the lookout for a new club after revealing that his expiring contract with the Rossoneri will not be renewed.
Gattuso had stated that a return to Rangers, where he played in the 1997-98 season, was his priority, but the midfielder's agent has apparently ruled out that scenario because of the transfer embargo imposed on the Scottish club.
"He has told me to take note of all the interested clubs and we will talk more about this next week," Andrea D’Amico told Sky Sport Italia.
"There are many clubs all around the world who are asking for information.
"Rangers? It will be very difficult because they cannot sign new players older than 18 for a year."
Argentine side Boca Juniors have confirmed their interest in the 2006 World Cup winner, who joined Milan from Salernitana in 1999.
