Cagliari's much-coveted midfielder Radja Nainggolan has revealed that he is likely to move abroad should he depart the Rossoblu.

The Belgium international has been heavily linked with Juventus of late and the player's representative had to come out earlier this week and deny reports that an agreement was in place for his client to move to Turin in the summer.

Nainggolan has now gone further, admitting that he would have no great desire to remain in Italy once he feels ready to move on from Cagliari.

"If an offer arrived from big Italian team and a big foreign team, I would choose to go abroad," he told Sky Sport Italia.

"I would like to travel and to experience a different culture."

Juve reportedly did their utmost to bring Nainggolan to Turin during last month's transfer window but he has explained that he was not keen on the timing of the proposed deal - for family reasons.

"I never said I wanted to leave," he stated. "And I believe that I have made the right decision in staying, especially for my daughter, who was born only a little while ago."

Nainggolan, 23, is currently under contract to Cagliari until the summer of 2014.
