Inter's Zanetti: I didn't tell fans to shut up
It was reported in the Italian media that the Argentine had reacted angrily to criticism from the Nerazzurri faithful but he claims that he only took issue with one supporter

Inter captain Javier Zanetti has denied telling the club's supporters to shut up after Wednesday night's 4-4 draw with Palermo at San Siro.
It was reported in the Italian media that the Argentine had reacted angrily to criticism from Nerazzurri fans, who were left frustrated by Fabrizio Miccoli's late equaliser at the Giuseppe Meazza.
However, Zanetti has explained that he had only taken issue with one supporter.
"Last night, in the first red ring [of the stadium], there was a fan, only one fan, who insulted my team-mate," he told Inter Channel.
"I spoke, I thought it appropriate to do so because what was happening felt like too much to me. I have always respected my fans but this one had crossed the line.
"I understand that after a game there are a lot of emotions but ..."
Zanetti admitted, though, that he now hopes to simply focus on this weekend's clash with Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.
"The idea is always to react and improve," the 38-year-old full-back stated.
Zanetti has been at San Siro since 1995 and has now made a staggering 552 Serie A appearances for the Nerazzurri in the domestic league alone.
