The full-back sustained an ankle injury prior to the friendly match versus Paris Saint-Germain, and consequently missed the 2-2 draw.
Nevertheless, Barcelona have confirmed on their official website that Adriano has returned to full fitness again, and took part in Monday's session without any noteworthy problems.
The 27-year-old is expected to be included in Vilanova's squad for Wednesday's exhibition friendly with Premier League giants Manchester United.
Meanwhile, midfielder Jonathan dos Santos missed training on Monday and has been forced to stay home in Catalunya with a thigh strain, rather than travel with the rest of the side to Girona.
