'My children go to bed wearing Espanyol pyjamas' - Mauricio Pochettino plays down Real Madrid rumours
The Argentine trainer has refuted suggestions he could replace Jose Mourinho in the Blancos hotseat after using an anecdote about his children to pledge his loyalty

Espanyol coach Mauricio Pochettino has rejected rumours linking him with becoming the next coach of La Liga rivals Real Madrid.
Reports in Spain over the weekend had mooted the former Argentina defender as a potential successor to the Portuguese boss following an impressive two-year spell in charge of the Catalan outfit, but the trainer responded to the speculation by expressing his wish to stay put.
"We are now all accustomed to rumours. All I can say is that my children go to bed every night wearing Espanyol pyjamas, I think this is enough," said Pochettino at a press conference.
"Fortunately I think about only the most important thing - the league."
Jose Mourinho's long-term future at the Santiago Bernabeu is uncertain after Spanish television show Punto Pelota had claimed the 48-year-old had grown tired of his sojourn in Spain, while reports of internal conflicts had surfaced.
Espanyol sit in fifth in the Primera Division and host Zaragoza on Sunday.
