Racing Santander v Atletico Madrid: Away win at Evens (2.00) with AllYouBet.com

This might just be the most generous price of the weekend as Atletico have been transformed under Diego Simeone, and are unbeaten this calendar year.

They really struggled on the road under previous coach Gregorio Manzano, but their last two matches away from the capital have seem them go to Real Sociedad and Osasuna, both notoriously difficult places, and come away with three points.

There is more intensity to their play, as well as defensive solidity, and although Racing have enjoyed something of an upturn in fortunes recently, suffering just one defeat in six, Atleti will be too strong for them. The price of evens looks far too big and should be taken with confidence.

Rayo Vallecano v Getafe: Total Goals 0-1 17/10 (2.70) with AllYouBet.com

Between them the two 'other' sides from the capital in the Spanish top flight have been involved in 15 matches this season, with one goal or less.

This south Madrid derby will more likely than not be a tight affair, with Getafe particularly adept at squeezing teams and making contests into scrappy encounters. Do not expect plenty of goals and the price of 2.70 for one or less well worth some consideration.

Espanyol v Real Zaragoza: Espanyol Half-tme/Full-time at 29/20 (2.45) with AllYouBet.com

Another price that looks far too generous given the relative standings of the two sides. Espanyol are once more doing what they always do, over-achieving wildly with a young squad and a bright intelligent manager.

The Catalans sit in fifth place, and as they did last season, boast an excellent home record with six victories and just two defeats from their 10 games. Zaragoza's defeat at home to Rayo Vallecano when they were leading with 12 minutes left, probably extinguished any hopes of them avoiding relegation. A comfortable home win looks inevitable and is available at a tasty 29/20.
