Valencia Moot Move For Tottenham's Pavlyuchenko - Report
A loan move for the Russian international appears to be Los Che's best bet...

Valencia are considering rescuing Roman Pavlyuchenko from his struggle at Tottenham Hotspur according to a report, but could only consider a loan offer.
Los Che want to add the Russian to their front-line options and would have little problem convincing the Premier League team to let the misfit go, the Sunday Mirror state.
Spurs have made it clear that they are open to offers for the striker who is clearly fourth choice on Harry Redknapp's list for a place in the team behind Jermain Defoe, Robbie Keane and Peter Crouch.
Pavlyuchenko would welcome the chance to resurrect his stuttering career in la Primera, with Valencia keen to make him the aerial presence that they currently lack up front.
The one pitfall for the Mestalla-based outfit is Tottenham's desire to recoup nearly all the €15 million they paid for Pavlyuchenko when they signed him from Spartak Moscow last year.
Valencia are cash-strapped and would only be able to make a bid to take the 27-year-old on loan and then hope to make the move permanent next summer when they have sold one of their stars.
Nikola Zigic would then be allowed to leave the club as he has seen his chance to impress this term limited despite his vow to remain in the summer and fight for a place.
