Andre Villas-Boas’ side will travel to take on the newly-promoted Ligue 1 outfit on August 3 as they look to build-up their fitness levels ahead of the 2013-14 campaignTottenham will face Monaco in a pre-season friendly on August 3 at Stade Louis II.
The fixture is the eighth warm-up match announced by Spurs as they look to bounce back from the disappointment of missing out on a top four place to Arsenal on the final day of the 2012-13 season.
As well as the trip to face ex-Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri’s side, Spurs are also set to play fellow Premier League outfit Sunderland and Liga team Espanyol.
Monaco won the Ligue 2 title last season and have been busy investing heavily as they look to challenge at the top of Ligue 1 - adding James Rodriguez and Joao Moutinho from Porto and Radamel Falcao from Atletico Madrid to their increasingly illustrious ranks.
It is the principality outfit's first major pre-season match at home after a series of fixtures during their pre-season training camp in July against the likes of Fortuna Dusseldorf.
The match will kick off at 18:30 CET with tickets for the match available from Monday July 1.
