Mark Clattenburg will referee Chelsea for the first time since the Football Association dismissed claims that he racially abused John Obi Mikel.
The FA ruled that the 38-year-old had no case to answer after Ramires accused the official of insulting the Nigerian during the Blues' 3-2 home defeat to Manchester United on October 28.
Mikel was subsequently fined £60,000 and banned for three matches after threatening Clattenburg in the officials' changing room following the ill-tempered clash, in which Fernando Torres and Branislav Ivanovic were shown red cards and Chicharito scored the winner from an offside position.
Clattenburg returned to action days after being cleared by the FA but has not officiated a Chelsea match since.
He will finally return to Stamford Bridge on Sunday as the top-four-chasing Blues host Swansea City at a 15.00BST kick-off.
