With the end of the Premier League season nearing and with two World Cup qualifying games away from home in quick succession, Oxlade-Chamberlain is well aware of the demands currently facing him and his colleagues on both fronts.
"I have learned fast from Jack and his big injury last year to see the way he goes about his work to make sure he doesn't get injured," he told the FA's official website.
"The hard work he puts in is second to none.
"So far, I have been lucky to not have any injuries. They are part and parcel of the game and you have to make sure you know what is best for you and how to keep yourself as fit as possible."
