TEAM NEWS: Rooney starts as Van Persie is benched for Manchester United's FA Cup tie against Chelsea

John Terry and Fernando Torres are on the bench for the visiting Blues as Rafael Benitez prefers to pair Gary Cahill and David Luiz at the back and Demba Ba up front
Wayne Rooney will start for Manchester United in their FA Cup quarter-final tie against Chelsea but Robin van Persie is restricted to a place on the bench.

Rafael Benitez, meanwhile, has left John Terry and Fernando Torres out of his starting XI, with Demba Ba starting in attack and David Luiz and Gary Cahill at centre-back.

Eden Hazard is on the bench so Victor Moses joins Juan Mata and Oscar behind Ba, with Frank Lampard and Ramires backing the attack up in central midfield.
