TEAM NEWS: Tevez, Nasri & Dzeko start Manchester City's FA Cup tie against Barnsley
Less than 48 hours after being arrested for allegedly driving while disqualified, the Argentine striker begins while Costel Pantilimon replaces Joe Hart in goal
Carlos Tevez starts for Manchester City less than 48 hours after being arrested for allegedly driving while disqualified in the FA Cup quarter-final against Barnsley.The Argentine starts alongside David Silva and Samir Nasri, while Edin Dzeko spearheads the attack. As is procedure for City in cup matches, Costel Pantilimon replaces Joe Hart in goal for the hosts.
In defence, Joleon Lescott makes a rare appearance alongside Kolo Toure, while Pablo Zabaleta captains the side at right-back and Alex Kolarov starts on the opposite flank.
Yaya Toure starts in midfield alongside Gareth Barry, while there are places on the bench for Hart, Gael Clichy, Matija Nastasic, Abdul Razak, Javi Garcia, James Milner and Scott Sinclair.
Former City winger Kelvin Etuhu starts for the Tykes on the right wing, while Manchester United loanee Ryan Tunnicliffe also features in the midfield.
Manchester City: Pantilimon; Zabaleta, Kolo Toure, Lescott, Kolarov; Yaya Toure, Barry; Silva, Tevez, Nasri; Dzeko.
Subs: Hart, Clichy, Nastasic, Razak, Garcia, Milner, Sinclair.
