The former Manchester United defender has been sidelined since picking up a hamstring injury during his side’s 1-1 draw against Aston Villa on September 2.
Both could be fit to make a return to the starting line-up when the Magpies travel to face Reading on Saturday.
Speaking to The Evening Chronicle, Pardew said: "Danny will train Thursday or Friday all being well.
"Tim is looking for the all-clear on Wednesday to start back."
Pardew takes his team to Old Trafford to face Manchester United in the League Cup before then and could be boosted for that game by the returns of Cheikh Tiote and Fabricio Coloccini.
