Chelsea are monitoring Milos Krasic's current situation at Juventus with a view to launching a move to sign the winger in the summer, according to the player's agent.

The Serbian international came close to completing a temporary switch to fellow Premier League side Tottenham last month before calling of the deal at the last minute.

However, the player's representative Valado Borozan has revealed he could still end up sealing a permanent switch to England, with Andre Villas-Boas' side amongst a group of teams chasing his signature.

"In this moment Milos wants to stay at Juventus,” Borozan told calciomercatio.it.  “There is no need to work on Krasic - we have to wait and see what will happen.

"Milos is appreciated everywhere, so we'll see which side will come forward between now and June. He is under contract and so far there has not been a need to start talking to other clubs.

"Chelsea? They are interested in the player and they are one of the clubs he likes."

Krasic, 27, joined the Serie A giants in the summer of 2010 in a big money move from CSKA Moscow, but has fallen out of favour during the current campaign.
