Ricardo Carvalho Hails Carlo Ancelotti's Tactical Impact At Chelsea
Italian has "added something", says stopper...
The former Milan boss has conceded in the past that he has done little to change the players' fitness regime since the Guus Hiddink days, and that the one major alteration in training has been to spend more time on tactical sessions.
Carvalho believes that Ancelotti may have brought with him the key element that was missing for what was already a star-studded squad prior to his arrival.
"He's [Ancelotti has] added something to our team," Carvalho told UEFA.com.
"But we have to bear in mind that he inherited a very strong group of players.
"He likes the tactical aspects of the game and we have tactical sessions almost every day in training and that allows us to correct any mistakes we're making."
