Manchester United Boss Sir Alex Ferguson Pleads Guilty To Improper Conduct Charge - Report
The Red Devils boss wants a speedy resolution...
The Scot landed himself in hot water after branding Wiley 'unfit' after United drew 2-2 with Sunderland on October 3. He has since issued a public apology and has also promised to contact the 49-year-old personally to apologise.
The FA has subsequently charged Ferguson with improper conduct and had given him till November 3 to respond.
However, it is believed that Ferguson has contacted the FA ahead of schedule to plead guilty, in the hope of a speedy resolution to the controversial affair.
The Red Devils boss faces a three-match touchline ban.
