FPAI Exhibition game ends in a 4-4 draw

An exhibition game was played ahead of the FPAI 2013 Indian Football Awards ceremony at Bombay Gymkhana. Professional Indian footballers as well as a few celebrities took part in the match which ended in a 4-4 draw.

The group of players was divided into Blues and Whites. Bhaichung Bhutia led the Blues and Sunil Chhetri led the Whites. C2K star Joe Morisson lined up for the Whites and was on the score sheet as well.

Blues took the lead through a corner but the Whites equalized few minutes later through a corner as well. Climax Lawrence's lobbed finish gave the Blues a 2-1 lead going into half time.

Bhutia's side extended their lead early on in the second half to make it 3-1 but a penalty midway in the second half converted by captain Sunil Chettri brought the Whites back into the game.

C2K host Joe Morisson's close range finish then levelled the scoreline to make it 3-3 but Abhishek Yadav's header gave the Blues a 4-3 lead. The lead was soon cancelled out as Sushil Kumar's close range finish brought the Whites back on level terms. The game ended in a 4-4 draw
