India lose a spot to 150th in the latest FIFA rankings

The Men in Blue have seen their ranking fall a solitary place to feature at the 150th spot in the latest edition of the FIFA rankings…

India have fallen only a solitary spot in the last month to be the 150th team  in the FIFA rankings from being 149th last month but have managed to cling on to the 25th spot in Asia atleast.

The Men in Blue have suffered from not playing at all since their 1-0 defeat to Mayanmar (158) two months ago. India are ranked above Bangladesh (154), Pakistan (168),  Nepal (171) and Sri Lanka (174) among the teams from the sub-continent.

The national team don't have any immediate fixtures lined up in the month of May but are all set to play a friendly international with Pakistan in England, on June 4. English Premier League club, Fulham FC have started selling tickets for the match to be held at Craven Cottage.

Japan are the highest Asian ranked nation at the 30th spot followed by South Korea at 42 and Australia at 47.
