The Men in Blue have gone down by a place and are at the 169th spot in the latest FIFA Rankings…
India have fallen down in the FIFA rankings ladder by a spot as they now find themselves in the 169th slot alongside Nepal and are placed 31st in the continent.
The Men in Blue had played against Singapore, now ranked 163, in an international friendly last month where they lost 2-0 in what a poor performance by Wim Koevermans’ side.
Among the South Asian nations, India are ranked above Bangladesh (171), Pakistan (180) and Sri Lanka (182).
India are to next face Yemen on November 14 at Guwahati and the West Asian nation are placed seven spots above the Blue Tigers.
Japan are the highest Asian ranked nation at 24th spot followed South Korea at 32 and Australia at 33.
