It is believed that the United Nations is organising an exhibition match from which the proceedings shall be given to the Haiti earthquake victims. The match is reportedly scheduled for Monday at the Stadium of Light, Lisbon to be played between Benfica All Star Team and Zidane and Friends.
The Indian international has been invited to be part of the noble cause and will have Zinedine Zidane as his team-mate. The Sikkimese Sniper earlier played for Seedorf’s side and scored twice in the Goal4Africa match held at the Allianz Arena, Munich in 2008.
Haiti earthquake, which occurred on the 12th of this month, has reportedly claimed more than 100, 000 lives so far.
