FIFA Explain The Reasons In The Sporting-Eze Case
FIFA have written to Sporting Clube De Goa over the Eze Isiocha case explaining the reasons behind their judgement in the player’s favour which implies that the club has to shell out a sum of Rs. 9, 60, 000...
After almost a year of correspondence between FIFA and Sporting, the world governing body for football stated that the player has to be paid by the club.
FIFA had mentioned that the club have to pay within 30 days from the date they receive the letter and can ask for the reasons behind the judgement within 10 days.
Sporting had asked for the reasons and FIFA has answered their doubts after over two months.
Speaking to Goal.com, Sporting Clube De Goa vice-president, Victor Fernandes said, “Yes, we have received the answers from FIFA. Now, we are ready to appeal to Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS).”
