Nehru Cup Participants Announced
The 2009 Nehru Cup will take place at Delhi’s Ambedkar Stadium from 18th-30th August with hosts and defending champions India competing with five other Asian countries.
The six teams will be divided into two groups of three with the group winners and runner ups progressing into the last four.
India, who are currently in Barcelona for an exposure tour, will be playing local third division clubs in their first two practice matches.
They will play against UE Castelldefels and AE Prata on 25th & 29th July respectively.
