Mohammedan Sign Air India Defender Bijoy Basfore

Kolkata club Mohammedan Sporting signed several players on Friday including Bijoy Basfore from Air India and Rajib Shukla from Mumbai FC.

After getting relegated to the second division last season, Kolkatan outfit Mohammedan Sporting has failed to attract big name players.  

But they did manage to sign defender Bijoy Basfore from Air India, who impressed in the latter stages of the I-League. Rajib Shukla from another Mumbai club, Mumbai FC also signed for the black and whites.  

Mohammedan also retained the services of midfielders Sovan Chakraborty and Jothi Kumar.
