Abhishek Yadav's Time To Blog

Mumbai FC skipper Abhishek Yadav writes all about what’s with him these days on Goal.com not without some cynicism!

Abhishek Yadav, Mumbai FC, India

Hey Everyone,

Thankfully, the I-League has come to an end and now, it’s time to rest for a while. We did well considering that it was our very first season in the top division. Though officially, this is not the transfer period but this is the time when most of them do happen!

Transfer season means lot of spice, speculation and sometimes one gets to hear about ourselves as well! Just yesterday someone told me that I had apparently signed for an XYZ club! I replied, “Thanks for informing me mate!”

There’s been talk of the Goal 2011 project and hence for the national team players things would get more clarity by the end of this month. Nothing is in our hands so it’s basically just wait and watch...

Keep a tab of what’s happening here.

Cheers!

Abhishek
