I-League Team of the Week 4: Red and Gold's prove their credentials while Bengaluru and Pune soar

Goal recaps all the action from week three of the I-League and chooses a team from among the best performers...

Gameweek 4 did not throw up any massive upsets as the top dogs maintained their grip on proceedings.

AFC Cup semi-finalists, East Bengal began their campaign in style as the Red and Golds thrashed Shillong Lajong 4-0 away from home.

Bengaluru FC continued their strong start to the campaign as they edged past Mohammedan Sporting 2-1 at home.

Pune FC too maintained their run as they defeated a ten man Mohun Bagan side 2-1 at the Balewadi Sports Complex.

The other new kids on the block, Rangdajied United held the reigning champions, Churchill Brothers to a 1-1 stalemate in Shillong, as the latter's woeful run continued.

Meanwhile Dempo SC flattered to deceive as they were held by Salgaocar FC in the Goan derby with the scoreline finishing 1-1.

United SC registered a point after their loss in the last gameweek by drawing 1-1 against high flying Mumbai FC.
