Chika Wali and Karma Tsewang have been roped in by Derrick Pereira for Salgaocar FC in the coming season.
This was after Derrick Pereira ended his four year sojourn with Pune FC and decided to go back home to Salgaocar FC, a club where he excelled as a player.
Wali plied his trade for the Red Lizards for three seasons in two stints and has been one of the key reasons as to why they haven’t been leaky at the back.
The 24 year old is a strong physical presence at the back for any side and his addition to Salgaocar shall to an extent make up for the loss of Luciano Sobrosa who has joined Mohammedan Sporting.
Meanwhile winger Karma Tsewang too has joined the Goan side after two seasons with Pune FC. The former Viva Kerala player is known for his accurate crossing and an fit in any slot in the midfield.
