The I-League encounter between Pune FC and Air India, that was scheduled for 18th November, 2012 at the Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex, Mhalunge-Balewadi, on Sunday, has been postponed.
The All India Football Federation (AIFF) took the decision to re-schedule the game in view of the sudden demise of Shiv Sena supremo Balasaheb Thackeray at Mumbai, on Saturday.
The match has been postponed indefinitely and the new date on which the fixture shall take place is yet to be announced.
Pune FC, who are currently 6th on the table with 9 points, next take on United Sikkim FC on 24th November at the Balewadi Stadium in Pune.
Meanwhile Air India, who are bottom of the table with 3 points shall next face off against Dempo SC on the same date in Goa.
