Dias was however forced to reflect on his statement after the Churchill's front-man scored an impressive hat-trick in the Goan side's last I-League fixture against ONGC FC.
Henri Antchouet's absense, who is on international duty as Gabon prepare for the 2014 World Cup qualifiers, had allowed Moghrabi a starting opportunity against the Mumbai-based side.
"He (Moghrabi) has scored three goals, so definitely he will be in the eleven now," the coach admitted.
Asked whether Moghrabi's inclusion in the starting line-up would mean that Antchouet would have to sacrifice his place in the starting eleven, he replied, "Depends, whoever performs well.
"If we have options, it's better for us," he said and hinted that his side has long forgotten the void of the club's former top scorer Odafa Okolie. "If we utilise the champions (goalscorers) we get, it's better for the team."
Considering that Churchill scored all five goals in the first half of their match against ONGC, which they went on to win 5-0, Dias hoped that side could score more goals in the second half.
"Looks like we were lacking in the second half. We wanted to score more goals and also went in the attack, but did not score," he said.
"Hope we continue in the same (winning) way," Dias signed off while being optimistic of Churchill's performance when they host Mumbai FC in their next I-League fixture on 27 October 2012.
