The long-awaited interviews for the post of I-League CEO were conducted today by the AIFF, with three candidates appearing for the same. The candidates, namely Anil Kamat, Sunando Dhar, and Harish Rao were interviewed by a panel consisting of AIFF President Mr.Praful Patel, A.R.Khaleel, Subrata Dutta, Hardev Jadeja and Alberto Colaco.

After the interviews were conducted on Thursday, a member of the interview panel told Goal.com, "Yes, the interviews have been conducted successfully. Everything went well with the three candidates.

"We will now work together to come to a decision, and will announce the result in a few days' time."

The only foreign candidate for the post, Ian Stillie, did not make it to India, as earlier reported by Goal.com. It was confirmed that Stillie could not make it due to personal problems, although it still wasn't clear whether he would be allowed to give his interview later.

However, it was confirmed today that Stillie's no-show means that he will not be considered for the post anymore, and there's no question of his interview being held at a later date.
