I-League: It's Time To Win - Mahindra United's David Booth
A win is all we need...
Having drawn their last three outings, a string of results
which hasn’t pleased the Mahindra United camp one bit, coach David Booth
mentions of the need to earn full points.
The Jeepmen’s performances have been good this season but occasional blips in concentration have cost them and it’s time to undo the wrongs.
“We have to try to win after the three draws. Let’s just ensure that we don’t make the same mistakes,” said Booth.
It was reported that at the end of the present season, two teams will be relegated and the same number will be promoted as in the last two seasons, the performance of the newcomers hasn’t been top class which leaves a lot to be desired.
However, the present season so far has seen the promoted teams put in a decent display and the Englishman acknowledges the same.
“A lot of promoted sides have got results which gives you a lot to think about. You have to respect them because they can take advantage of you,” said the former Mumbai FC coach.
