The midfielder has been linked with a number of Bundesliga sides, but the Champions League runners-up are confident of getting their manBorussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has claimed that Chelsea midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has set his sights on a move to Signal Iduna Park.
The Belgium international has also caught the attention of Bayer Leverkusen, with CEO Wolfgang Holzhauser revealing last month that the versatile midfielder is set to join Bayer Leverkusen on a one-year loan move as part of the deal that will see Andre Schurrle move to Chelsea.
However, Zorc has insisted that the 21-year-old is not interested in a move to the BayArena as he wants BVB instead.
"De Bruyne only wants to join Dortmund," Zorc told Kicker.
The young midfielder joined Chelsea from Genk in January 2012, but has yet to make his first official appearance for the Europa League winners.
He was initially farmed out on loan back to Genk, before moving to Werder Bremen on a temporary basis for the 2012-13 campaign.
De Bruyne has a contract with Chelsea until the summer of 2017.
