Poll of the Day: Should Liverpool sell Suarez following his bite on Ivanovic?

The incident against Chelsea at Anfield on Sunday was the latest in a series of misdemeanours committed by the Uruguayan since his arrival at the Merseyside club
Luis Suarez scored an equaliser in added time as Liverpool rescued a 2-2 draw against Chelsea on Sunday but hit the headlines for all the wrong reasons after he appeared to bite Blues defender Branislav Ivanovic.

A brilliant season has seen the Uruguayan named on the shortlist for the PFA Player of the Year award but his list of misdemeanours for the Reds continues to grow.

Having been banned for racially abusing Patrice Evra last season in addition to gesturing at Fulham supporters, Suarez has also been accused of simulation and was criticised for using his hand to score against Mansfield in the FA Cup.

The former Ajax striker is the current Premier League top goalscorer this season but observers have questioned whether the Reds should cash in on the interest of a host of clubs around Europe after his latest offence.

What do you think? Should Liverpool decide that enough is enough and sell their star player? Or does Suarez offer too much to the team to be dispensed with despite his less-than-flawless disciplinary record?
