Botafogo are reportedly poised to complete the signing of Clarence Seedorf, with one of the Dutchman's representatives having reopened negotiations with the Brazilian outfit.

The proposed deal looked set to go through last month but the talks broke down and the Netherlands international recently refused to rule out the prospect of signing a new deal with AC Milan.
