The 21-year-old winger has been linked with nearly every top club in Europe over the past 12 months and he has now announced that he is bound for the Premier League.
During a discussion about his future on Canal Plus, Hazard stated that he was going "to England" but ruled out the possibility of him leaving before the end of the season: "It's impossible for me to leave in January. As I said, I will finish the season at Lille, [as] we can still win a title."
The Belgium international recently expressed his interest in joining Paris Saint-Germain but Hazard explained that he had decided instead to move away from Ligue 1.
"This is an important personal choice and a [style of] football that suits me," Hazard continued. "I would rather go abroad, even if PSG is a great club. I want to feature at a big club where I am sure to play."
Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal have all reportedly been tracking Hazard, who Lille are resigned to losing in the summer. The Ligue 1 club are hoping to get a transfer fee of €40 million for the player.
