There's a couple of managers who would take a little time to kick back during an international week, but Arsene Wenger must be exhausted.

Primarily, he's had the shoulder injury sustained by Theo Walcott to fret about, as the youngster will be out for at least three months.

The player fell awkwardly during England training and his shoulder popped out twice before he was finally rushed to hospital. Now, long-term fears have been expressed, as Walcott has already had problems with both shoulders during his short career.

Wenger, though, has played down suggestions that the attacker's injury will threaten his career.

The Frenchman reiterated: "Theo had a dislocated shoulder and has had surgery, so he will be out three months.

"Long-term concerns? None at all. Once the surgery is done and it is solid, there is no concern at all for the future of Theo Walcott.

However, he warned: : "Theo is out three months from playing, but we have had experience of a player coming back from such an injury. It can take time to use his shoulder again and every little protection of the ball, you need your shoulder.

"He won't be completely competitive after three months."

Meanwhile, Wenger is eagerly anticipating the return of Croatian international Eduardo da Silva. The striker suffered a horror leg and ankle break in February in the early stages of the now infamous 2-2 draw with Birmingham.

Speaking to the club's official website, Wenger affirmed: "Eduardo is doing very well and is one week away from joining in training."
