Roberto Mancini was relieved of his duties on Tuesday evening and the former Chelsea tactician is favourite to take the reigns at the Beneamata.
The Argentina international did not get along too well with the former Porto coach when he played under him at Chelsea, but he insists that playing under Mourinho once again would not be a problem.
"I have a contract with Inter and do not want to leave, even if Mourinho arrives," said Crespo.
"I have no problems with him. I will be available as a professional ought to be."
Crespo has not had the best of seasons with the Nerazzurri this term, scoring just four times in 19 appearances. Mancini had him on the fringes of the squad, using him in games which were seen as not too important such as Coppa Italia matches against weaker teams.
The former Lazio hit-man will no doubt be hoping he gets more first team chances next term. But with Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Julio Cruz in stunning form it seems unlikely.
