  PREVIEW

Sporting Clube de Goa got their act together with a tinge of Spanish touch in their last game against Salgaocar FC which they won 2-0 as their new recruit Angel Berlanga scored on debut.

It wasn't a pretty ride for Oscar Barreras' men however, as Sporting's previous win before the last one was only registered six matches ago when they beat Prayag United SC 3-1 in Kolkata, which suggests that a top side is no exception to end up on the losing side against the Panjim-based outfit.

Churchill Brothers will be determined to stay atop

Churchill Brothers SC, at one point held a seven-point lead over East Bengal which the latter has closed down to two points, although the Red Machines have the advantage of two matches in hand.

Mariano Dias' men will also be looking to turn all stones before they begin with their AFC Cup run later this season, before which Churchill would want to accumulate as many points on the I-League table in order to ease the pressure which piles when the two competitions running simultaneously.
