That's all from me for tonight guys and girls. Thank you very much for joining me. I hope you enjoyed the game as much as I did!
FULL-TIME: SOCHAUX 3-2 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN Eric Hely's side secured a fantastic victory over the division's top team, thanks to a late winner from their substitute Cedric Bakambu. Sebastien Roudet and Giovanni Sio scored Sochaux's other goals, while Alex and a Jerome Roussillon own goal accounted for PSG's strikes. The home team deserved their win over Carlo Ancelotti's men, with PSG's lead at the top of Ligue 1 now standing at just three points after Olympique Lyonnais trounced Bordeaux earlier today.
90' + 4'
And there is the final whistle! PSG have been beaten 3-2 by Sochaux in a thrilling encounter!
90' + 3'
GREAT BLOCK FROM POUJOL!! The centre-back throws his body at Lavezzi's shot from distance to deflect the ball away. Heroic stuff from Sochaux!
90' + 2'
PSG are running out of time here, just over a minute to go for them to score an equaliser.
Yellow Card Zlatan Ibrahimovic
There will be three minutes of added time here at Stade Auguste-Bonal...
IBRAHIMOVIC IS FUMING!! And there's a yellow card for the striker! The former Barca man challenges for the ball with the Sochaux goalkeeper Pouplin and the referee awards the home team a free kick. That was never a foul! He has every right to be annoyed.
COMAN HAS A SHOT SAVED!! The French youngster forces Pouplin into action with a well-struck effort from the left side of the box. What a fairytale start to his career that would have been!
Kingsley Coman has been brought on for PSG. The 16-year-old is making his debut for the club tonight.
STAT: PSG had conceded just 13 times in 24 league matches before tonight and had kept 16 clean sheets in the process.
Assist Sloan Privat
Goal Cédric Bakambu
3-2 TO SOCHAUX!!! BAKAMBU RESTORES THEIR LEAD!! Two Sochaux subs combine to put the home team back in front as Privat volleys Boudebouz's cross back to Bakambu who taps the ball into an empty net with Sirigu out of position. What a game!
Ibrahimovic does brilliantly to pluck the ball from the sky with his left boot but he cannot turn and get a shot away under pressure from both Kante and Poujol.
Yellow Card Sloan Privat
And that's not nice from the Sochaux sub Sloan Privat either! The striker goes in late on Verratti and PSG have a free kick in the centre circle.
Verratti, who is already on a yellow card, has just gone flying into a challenge with Roudet. He's got to be careful the young Italian, that could have been his night over.
Pastore dinks a cross towards Matuidi from the right but he cannot quite get on the end of it under pressure from Boudebouz. The France international thinks he is fouled as he jumps for the ball but the referee disagrees and tells him to get on with the game.
Goal Mamadou Sakho
A handball from Nogueira means that the set piece amounts to nothing though.
Giovanni-Guy Yann Sio
Some more impressive play from the young Sochaux left-back Roussillon wins his side a corner on the left, as he plays the ball off Verratti's legs and behind.
PASTORE LASHES A SHOT JUST OVER!! The Argentine comes within inches of drawing his side level with a dipping half-volley from the edge of the Sochaux box.
That stat is unbelievable considering what we have seen from Hely's team tonight. They have been the better team and deservedly lead Ligue 1's 1st placed side.
STAT: Sochaux have just nine points from their last 11 league games.
Ibrahimovic goes down in the box under the challenge of Corchia and appeals for a penalty. The referee tells him to get up though, and replays show that if anything the PSG man was the one doing the fouling, not the Sochaux full-back.
Nogueira slams a shot just wide for Sochaux as the home side sense victory!
STAT: The Parisiens had conceded just one goal in the league since early December before tonight. Sirigu has conceded more in this game than he did in the previous two months!
Sirigu doesn't look confident in this game. He's given the ball away so many times tonight and he looks nervy every time his team-mates pass the ball back to him.
Gregory van der Wiel
PSG are making a double change here, as they still trail by a single goal. Kevin Gameiro and Christophe Jallet have been brought on for Chantome and van der Wiel. An attacking switch by Ancelotti there, with Gameiro replacing Chantome.
CORCHIA STRIKES THE POST WITH A WONDERFUL FREE KICK!! This is end-to-end stuff! The Sochaux defender has just stepped up and sent a delicious curling free kick from 30 yards on to Sirigu's right-hand post. The PSG goalkeeper didn't have a chance there and will be thanking the heavens that the post was there to rescue him.
VAN DER WIEL FORCES A SAVE FROM POUPLIN!! PSG are pushing men forward in search of an immediate equaliser, and their Dutch full-back is the latest player to thwarted by Pouplin, as the Sochaux stopper palms the former Ajax man's driven shot away.
GREAT PLAY BY POUPLIN!! The Sochaux goalkeeper races off his line to meet Ibrahimovic and parry the ball away just as the Swedish international looks to lift the ball over him. Super stop from the goalkeeper.
Assist Sébastien Roudet
Goal Giovanni-Guy Yann Sio
GOALLLLL!!! SIO SCORES ON HIS DEBUT!! The former Wolfsburg attacker exchanges a fine one-two with Roudet before hammering a shot past Sirigu with his left foot. The goalkeeper should perhaps do better as the ball deflects off his body onto the crossbar and in.
PSG just cannot deal with Boudebouz. The Algerian, who idolises Zinedine Zidane, has just bamboozled Maxwell with a flamboyant flick to Nogueira. That was very very good from the Sochaux midfielder.
Lavezzi gets pulled to the deck by Roussillon as he tries to control the ball with his back to goal, but the referee waves play on in spite of the Argentine's wild appeals for a PSG free kick.
Boudebouz wastes the subsequent free kick though, which is a shame as that was in a decent position for a shot at Sirigu's goal.
Yellow Card Marco Verratti
A very good tackle from Sebastien Corchia stops a PSG attack on the edge of the Sochaux box and the home team immediately look to attack. The only way Verratti can stop the electric Boudebouz however is with a cynical trip, which results in a free kick for Sochaux 30 yards from goal.
PSG's captain for the evening, Blaise Matuidi, spoke to Canal during the break, and he made it clear that he and his team-mates were not happy with the state of the pitch tonight. That may explain Sirigu's awful distribution!
We're back underway here at Stade Auguste-Bonal for the second half of what has been a very enjoyable game so far...
Join me in 10 minutes for the second half!
HALF-TIME: SOCHAUX 1-1 PSG The home team have done very well in the first half to limit the effectiveness of their opponent's forward three, and are deservedly level at the break after Roudet cancelled out Alex's headed opener with a smart goal on the counter attack.
The referee blows his whistle to mark the end of the first half! It's all square here.
Ibrahimovic fires a pass towards Pastore inside the Sochaux box but his attempted flick to Lavezzi does not come off and the home team are able to clear the ball away from danger.
Sirigu's distribution has left a lot to be desired this evening! The PSG goalkeeper has passed the ball straight to Sochaux players on three of four occasions so far.
It's been a pulsating first half in Montbeliard so far. Before the game most will have expected PSG to walkover their opponents tonight but that has not been the case! Sochaux have looked just as dangerous as their more illustrious opponents, particularly when they break on the counter.
Ibra sends a highly-ambitious chip towards goal from distance but Pouplin is able to deal with it comfortably as he steps off his line to catch the ball.
ROUDET NEARLY SCORES A SECOND!! The midfielder has a shot blocked by Sakho after meeting Roussillon's cross from the left well.
Assist Ryad Boudebouz
Goal Sébastien Roudet
FABULOUS COUNTER-ATTACKING GOAL FROM SOCHAUX!! Roudet races on to an outrageous first-time pass from Boudebouz and leaves Alex trailing in his wake before slotting a shot under Sirigu and into the bottom right-hand corner. 1-1 the scoreline now!
Sochaux had begun to struggle in the minutes building up to that opening goal from Alex, with Ibrahimovic and Lavezzi stretching their defence seemingly at will. They have continued to look shaky since going behind too, with Chantome the latest player to waste a scoring chance for the visitors.
The PSG fans can be heard quite clearly chanting some incendiary stuff at the Sochaux players. Cheeky Parisiens!
Ancelotti is being told off in his technical area by the referee Lionel Jaffredo. The Italian looks fairly bemused by that.
Assist Javier Pastore
ALEX GIVES PSG THE LEAD!!! The Brazilian centre-back sends a fabulous header into the back of the net from Pastore's corner, as an extended period of PSG pressure pays off.
LAVEZZI'S SHOT BOUNCES JUST WIDE!!! The Argentine links brilliantly with Ibrahimovic before sending a low drive towards the bottom corner that is desperately deflected wide by the diving Jerome Roussillon.
Matuidi has just put in a couple of well-timed challenges on Boudebouz on the left for PSG, which is just as well as the tricky Sochaux winger has looked dangerous in the opening 25 minutes or so.
I've got to say it sounds fairly quiet over at Stade Auguste-Nobal. The only chants that can be heard at the moment are coming from the away fans.
PSG should win a corner after Nogueira hammers the ball out behind his own goal but the referee deems otherwise and awards the home team a goal kick. Maxwell in particular is peeved about that decision!
That could easily have been a penalty for Eric Hely's side.
The free kick curls straight on to the arm of Clement Chantome as he jumps to head the ball away, but the referee doesn't spot it! The ball falls to the Sochaux centre-back Kante inside the box but his first-time effort flies over the crossbar.
Sakho concedes a free kick after climbing all over Butin 40 yards out. Boudebouz lines up the set piece...
Ah Zlatan. The mercurial Swede is such a skilful player. He has just deceived three Sochaux players at once with a drag-back flick to set van der Wiel away down the right. Wonderful stuff!
Ibrahimovic tries to flick a pass through to Ezequiel Lavezzi but gets a bit too much on it and it runs straight to Simon Pouplin in the Sochaux goal.
The two teams are really battling it out in midfield at the moment. Verratti and Blaise Matuidi are going head-to-head with two energetic players in the form of Roudet and Vincent Noguiera. It's been fairly even in that area of the pitch so far.
PSG's attacking midfielder Javier Pastore catches Joseph Lopy 35 yards from goal and the home side have another free kick. It's been a sloppy few minutes over in Montbeliard.
Zlatan attempts an acrobatic back-heel inside the Sochaux box but catches Kante in the face with his boot in the process and the referee stops play because of it.
SOCHAUX NEARLY TAKE THE LEAD AGAIN!! Roudet hammers a shot towards the bottom right corner from the edge of the box but his own team-mate Boudebouz gets in the way and deflects it wide. If Boudebouz hadn't touched that it would have gone in! Roudet looks devastated!
STAT: PSG have won each of their last four away games, without conceding a goal.
A lovely touch from Marco Verratti in midfield helps PSG move the ball out of a defensive position, as Sochaux threatened to break again.
SOCHAUX HAVE SCORED.... BUT IT'S BEEN DISALLOWED!! The home side think they have taken the lead through Sio as he lashes a shot into the top corner from 15 yards but the linesman on the far side has raised his flag! That was a very close decision, but the official has got it spot on, Sio had strayed just offside when he received the pass from Sebastien Roudet.
A first glimpse of Zlatan! The Sweden international chops the ball past Cedric Kante supremely on the right but then fails to find a team-mate with his driven cross to the near post.
PSG have not settled well here. The home side are pressing them when they have possession and Ancelotti's men are struggling to find any kind of rhythm because of it.
WHAT IS SIRIGU DOING?! The PSG goalkeeper takes an age to clear the ball and invites pressure from Sio. He eventually hacks the ball away but it goes straight to Boudebouz, who slips a pass to Edouard Butin. The forward's cross from the right is wayward though and drifts past the left-hand post.
Mamadou Sakho breaks a Sochaux counter-attack up with a delightful little turn after getting between Ryad Doudebouz and the ball on the right. The young France international then carefully plays the ball forward to Blaise Matuidi.
PSG get the game underway in Montbeliard...
The teams are making their way out on to the pitch at Stade Auguste-Bonal. We are just minutes away from kick-off...
My name is Charlie Scott by the way, and I'll be available on Twitter at any point tonight should you wish to get involved with this live commentary. Simply go to @charliefscott and fire over your thoughts on the game.
Les Parisiens are without Thiago Silva, Thiago Motta, Lucas, Jeremy Menez and David Beckham. The recently-acquired England international remains in Paris to work on his fitness, and will probably make his debut against Marseille next week.
Paris Saint-Germain (4-3-3): Sirigu; van der Wiel, Alex, Sakho, Maxwell; Chantome, Matuidi, Verratti; Pastore, Ibrahimovic, Lavezzi
Sochaux (4-2-3-1): Pouplin; Corchia, Poujol, Kante, Roussillon; Lopy, Nogueira; Boudebouz, Roudet, Sio; Butin
Without further ado, I give you both starting XIs...
Carlo Ancelotti's team sit three points clear at the top of Ligue 1 going into the match, with Olympique Lyonnais having closed the gap from six by trouncing Bordeaux 4-0 earlier today. The Italian coach will expect his men to restore that lead with a win in this fixture though, despite having to shuffle his squad because of injuries.
This particular fixture will be one that the Sochaux coach Eric Hely approaches with caution, with Paris Saint-Germain having recorded more victories in Montbeliard, 16, than they have against any other Ligue 1 side.
Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to Goal.com's LIVE coverage of the Ligue 1 match at Stade Auguste-Bonal that pits the team top of the pile, Paris Saint-Germain, against one that hovers just one place above the relegation zone in 17th, Sochaux.
