  PREVIEW

Shillong Lajong are going to play their fourth consecutive home match in the league. Having lost their last one to Sporting Clube de Goa, expect them to be poised for a reaction to that result. They have a good record in the league having defeated Bagan and drawn Salgaocar to sit eighth in the table.

Lajong have scored just 4 goals

Desmond Bulpin's men have been quite frugal at the back, conceding just three goals, which is on par with some of the top teams. But as was evident in the last game, they did not manage to hold on to the lead. The threat of veteran striker Ranti Martins alongside Rafique will provide a stiff challenge to the home side.

Prayag United SC have been in pretty good touch, remaining unbeaten on 7 points, although they did have a mighty scare in their last game where they trailed ONGC through a solitary goal. It was Ranti Martins who was on hand to save them when he headed home 3 minutes from time to earn them a point and thus scored his 150th goal in the process.

Ranti Martins: 150 goals and counting...

Sanjoy Sen's team have been quite prolific upfront (8 goals in three matches), with Ranti Martins, being central to it. But playing away to Lajong is a challenge and on their day, the Reds could give any team a tough time there. So the Kolkata side will have to be a wary of them.

  TEAM NEWS

Shillon Lajong FC: No suspensions for Lajong so far and one can expect a full strength team to feature in this fourth round match.

Prayag United SC: Striker Kayne Vincent may miss the match because of an injury. Also Anupam Sarkar may be given the nod over Gouramangi to partner Bello in defence.
