Missed out on the Zamora trophy as Valdes claimed the prize on Saturday, so was picked in goal for this game. Beaten by Castro's missile, but head little else to do as Real Madrid controlled the game.
A constant threat as he attacked down the left-hand side and it was his cross which set up Ronaldo for Madrid's first goal of the night. Gave the Mallorca midfield plenty of problems with his pace until he was replaced by Coentrao in the second half.
A disciplined display from the right-back, but he was forced off with an injury just before half-time and replaced by Albiol.
Lost his concentration at times and looked less secure than Pepe, but had little to do at the back. Brought the ball out of defence with class and got forward to head over the bar at the other end.
Madrid's best defender on the night as he kept his concentration to make some fine interventions even when the home side had very little to do at the back. Also maintained his composure when Castro lashed the ball against him in the second half.
Pulled the strings in midfield as Madrid dominated from the outset. Showcased his fantastic passing range with a mix of long and short balls, including a wonderful 40-yard pass to find Benzema in space in the first half. A joy to watch at times.
Full of running and put in plenty of tackles in central midfield. Kept it simple when he had the ball and let others do the more creative stuff. That's his job, and he did it very well as usual. Got forward to test Aouate with an early shot which forced a fine save.
Rarely scores goals for Madrid, but chipped in with two fantastic strikes in this match. Dinked a shot over Aouate and into the far corner to make it 3-0 early in the second half and produced a another fine finish for 4-1. Almost set up Higuain shortly after that.
Tipped to be leaving in the summer, but Madrid have said they want to hang on to him and it is easy to see why. An unselfish performance from the Argentine, who assisted both Benzema and Ozil, came close to a goal himself and saw an early effort ruled out for offside.
Fine running and link-up play from the Frenchman, who capped a fantastic season with another goal as he finished off an excellent team move midway through the first half.
Looked up for it as the match got underway and gave Madrid the lead with a fine first-half header as he became the first player to ever score against all 19 Liga sides in same season. Played his part in the build-up to the second goal, but missed a one-on-one with Aouate in the second period. Produced a wonderful piece of skill to beat his marker in the area after that. Also appealed for a penalty in first period, but foul took place outside the box.
Produced a fine performance on the night but it was never going to be enough and he wasn't protected nearly enough by his defenders. Made a wonderful double save early on and kept his feet to deny Cristiano Ronaldo in a one-on-one in the second period.
Struggled to deal with the pace of Benzema and Higuain in the left-back position and was given a torrid time in defence. Also failed to track Ozil and both of the German's goals came on his side of the pitch.
Easily Mallorca's best defender on the night. Was given problems by Cristiano Ronaldo but coped admirably with the threat of the Portuguese at times and put in a lot of tackles. Saved his side on numerous occasions.
Given all sorts of problems in defence by Madrid's attackers and simply couldn't cope. Could have done with more help from his midfielders as Mallorca struggled, but made one or two key blocks and got forward well in the second half.
His partnership in central defence with Ramis has looked decent but it wasn't in this match and he pulled out of position constantly by Madrid's movement in attack.
A night to forget for the youngster on the left as little really came off. Didn't see much of the ball and didn't do much when he had it. Wasn't much help defensively either and was eventually subbed.
Couldn't cope in midfield as Madrid dominated. Failed to offer sufficient protection to his defence and was left chasing shadows for most of the night but released the ball quickly when he had it and won the ball back well for Mallorca's goal.
A disciplined performance in the middle from the veteran, but he was forced back deep and looked out of his depth most of the time. Tried to provide a calming influence to his back four but was helpless as Madrid dominated. Didn't do much with the ball either.
Didn't really have any joy going forward on the right and was pushed back deep into his half by Marcelo as the Brazilian attacked at will down his side of the pitch. Replaced in the second half.
A threat at times with his movement and linked up well with Castro but never looked likely to score and should have done better with one shot which Casillas saved comfortably.
Mallorca's one bright spark. When he had the ball it looked as if the visitors may do something and he scored the islanders' sole strike with a great finish early in the second half. Some good running and link-up play too, but it was never going to be enough.
Tucked in at right-back after coming on for Arbeloa in the 43rd minute. Looked largely untroubled but it remains to be seen whether he will be chosen by Spain for Euro 2012 following his lack of games.
Came on in the second half to replace Marcelo but wasn't heavily involved.
Á. di María
Came on in the second half and showed flashes of his class with some clever running but it ultimately came to nothing.
