It will be a match which will be emotionally charged for Pune FC as they will be saying adieu to their coach Derrick Pereira after this game. The former Mahindra United coach will take charge of his boyhood club Salgaocar next year after spending four years at Pune. However they will have to perform the job at hand by getting the three points against Pailan Arrows in order to ensure a second placed finish to the season. The Red Lizards who have picked 12 points in their last four games will be looking to make it five wins on the trot and put a cap on a successful league campaign.

Pailan Arrows meanwhile will be hoping to end their winless streak which has stretched to three games. The All India Football Federation (AIFF)'s developmental side will need to put in a good performance in order to break that run as they will be up against a Pune side who will be ruthless in order to cement second place for this season. With the defence not holding up well in the last three games, it will be something for the coaching staff to ponder over as Pune's strike force is one of the best in the league.

  TEAM NEWS

Pune FC: Derrick Pereira is expected to field a similar XI to the one that beat Air India comprehensively in the last round of the I-League

Pailan Arrows: The team will be without Dhanpal Ganeshan who is on loan from Pune FC. Defender Deepak Devrani is out to an injury and Soiram Poirei returns to take his place between the sticks.
