FULL-TIME: PSG 2-0 Guingamp (Rabiot 92, Ibrahimovic 93)

Goal Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Well, the Guingamp players are clearly deflated. So close to securing a historic point at the Parc des Princes, and it's all gone. Their defensive frailties have come clear once again.
90' + 2'
GOAL!! PSG 2-0 GUINGAMP! The visitors, who have been overworked in 90 minutes, let the lead slip in stoppage time. And they've been punished. Ibrahimovic latches onto a loose ball, beats Samassa, who leaves an open goal, and he taps it into an empty net.
90' + 1'
Goal Adrien Rabiot
90' + 1'
GOALLL!! PSG 1-0 GUINGAMP! In stoppage time, finally the deadlock has been broken. Wasn't a pretty goal by all means, as the free-kick headed on by Alex is parried by Samassa, only in front of Rabiot, who plods home for his first Ligue 1 goal.
Into the first of FOUR additional minutes at the Parc des Princes. PSG have afree-kick, to be taken by Thiago Motta.
Rabiot ventures into the area, but his shot (or cross?) goes over the bar also. Into the final minute here, and there is frustration in the air.
Possession in the last 15 minutes - PSG 76% Guingamp 24%. Speaks volumes, but the visitors are doing brilliantly to stem the attacking flow that is coming their way.
Thiago Silva advances, and lifts the ball by a distance for Cavani to run up on. Cleared away by Sorbon. Guingamp have three minutes to see this one out.
A long ball from Motta deep into the box is too much for Maxwell to give chase. PSG showing a bit of urgency, as the Brazilian left-back races for Guingamp to restart play immediately.
SUBSTITUTION (Guingamp) - Younousse Sankhare goes off for Dorian Leveque. The former Dijon midfielder has been efficient and solid in midfield today.
IBRAHIMOVIC! SAmassa flaps at the chance, Ibrahimovic gets behind the ball but swings an aimless foot at it, it goes way over for a goal-kick.
Yellow Card Jonathan Martins Pereira
Lucas Moura takes the free-kick, curling threateningly in the box, but Mathis is on hand to clear for a corner under pressure from Cavani. The subsequent corner is headed behind also.
Maxwell drills the ball into the box, but it's headed away by Mathis once more. The right-back Martins-Pereira is booked for a cynical challenge after blocking Thiago Silva on the overlap.
Into the final ten here at the Parc des Princes, as the visitors continue their defensive efforts. Rabiot feeds Maxwell on the left, but once more, Laurent Blanc's me forced to play it back to keep possession.
Cavani being marshalled well by Kerbrat, who gets goalside to intercept his effort. All Guingamp players are behind the ball, including Yatabare! They're 12 minutes away from springing a shock
SIRIGU!! STUNNING SAVE! My word he's kept PSG in this game! After last week's heroics v Nantes, he's come up trumps again! Two v one situation for Guingamp, as Yatabare collects the ball. One on one, and Sirigu beates away his effort.
Threatening ball into the box by Cavani, and it evades his team-mates. Headed behind by Martins-Pereira, even though the goalkeeper should've got that!
Quarter of an hour to go - and PSG are being held by promoted side EA Guingamp.
LUCAS! Long-range effort, and it was unlikely to test Samassa. From 30-35 metres out, the Brazilian attempts a low effort, but it slams wide of the goal.
Cavani attempts to make progress into the box, but again Giresse and Sorbon combine to charge the ball down and clear.
Yellow Card Fatih Atik
Guingamp living dangerously as a long range effort is deflected behind for a corner. From the setpiece, it's cleared eventually after Rabiot was presented with a half-chance. It's a backs to the wall job.
Substitution: (Guingamp) - Fathi Atik goes off after being replaced by Giresse. He's booked in the process after a slight altercation.
YATABARE! Just wide! PSG are incensed that Thiago Silva wasn't given a free-kick for a foul by Beauvue, but Guingamp got the advantage. Lovely ball into the box, but Yatabare delays his effort, and strikes wide, losing his composure in the process.
IBRAHIMOVIC! PSG are knocking on the door, but the door remains shut! The Swede is set through after a header from Cavani bamboozles the defence, but his shot is fired wide of Samassa's left post.
CAVANI ON THE VOLLEY!! And it's wide! Best chance in the second half, as Cavani's stunning effort goes narrowly wide after an equally brilliant pass from Maxwell on the left-wing.
Lemaitre requires a bit of medical attention, as the referee ticks off Edinson Cavani during the stoppage. Lemaitre should be fine.
Pastore booed off by the PSG fans after yet another ineffectual performance. But they are on the ball now, as Lucas Moure is denied by Reynald Lemaitre on the wing.
SUBSTITUTION: (PSG) - Off go Ezequiel Lavezzi and Javier Pastore and they're replaced by Adrien Rabiot and Lucas Moura.
LAVEZZI! And still, PSG cannot find a way forward. Good pass from Motta to fashion an opening, but Lavezzi's left footed effort, from an acute angle is well saved.
Not a positive afternoon for Ibrahimovic thus far, as he skies an effort from 25 yards, after attemtping to get past Sankhare.
An hour gone in the capital, and it's still PSG 0-0 EA Guingamp. The visitors are really up for this one, defending prudently, but not offering an attacking threat up front.
Corner to Guingamp. PSG's defence has made a bit of a hash in clearing up the threat, as the ball sails to Atik at the far post, but the midfielder sees his header fly over the bar harmlessly.
Yellow Card Thiago Motta
PSG knocking on doors here. Cavani races forward under pressure from three defenders. Cuts in on his left, and manages to dink the ball into the box for Ibrahimovic to give chase. The Swede, in an offside position, doesn't. Cavani then lashes out!
CAVANI! Parried off the line by Samassa! PSG are certainly going close, as the Uruguayan rises highest to see his effort denied, before Thiago Silva's rebound is blocked away too.
THIAGO SILVA! Jumps with Diallo from the corner, and it's over the bar, PSG have another corner to try and force an opening with.
Ibrahimovic goes down under the challenge of Atik as he ventures into the box. He looks for a penalty, but the referee waves play on. Replays shown, and my word, it was a rather blatant dive. PSG have a corner.
Guingamp struggling to maintain their defensive shape as Ezequiel Lavezzi runs a bit too far on the left wing as the ball goes out of play. Blanc watches on with no expression whatsoever.
Corner to PSG. Curled in on the left foot of Thiago Motta. Samassa goes up to challenge with Alex and Ibrahimovic, but the goalkeeper is able to punch a good distance on the ball.
Free-kick awarded to the visitors early, but the ball from Mathis towards Atik is short, and easily intercepted by Maxwell. Seconds later, Atik is held onto by Matuidi, with the referee awarding another set-piece. Headed away by Alex.
UNDERWAY IN THE SECOND HALF! Guingamp attacking from right to left in this half, in their change strip of white and black.
Second half about to get started in Paris. No changes at the break.
HALF-TIME in Paris: PSG enter the break on top, but again they've been super profligate in front of goal. A stunning save from Samassa and hitting the woodwork twice, from Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva, has seen them fail to open the scoring.
HALF-TIME: Paris Saint-Germain 0-0 EA Guingamp.
A brighter spell for the visitors, but the ball towards Mustapha Yatabare fails to reach its intended target, as the visitors continue to probe for the opening goal.
Lavezzi concedes possession to a challenging Beauvue on the halfway line, but fouls the midfielder. Given a talking to by the referee, Benoit Bastien.
Cavani's speculative pass into the area is well charged down by the defender, as Pastore goes down in the box. Guingamp advance, but their attacking move fails to materialise into something serious.
CAVANI! Always rising, just over the bar! Superb from the Uruguayan who darts past his marker, tees up the shot on his left, but fires the ball slightly over Samassa's goal.
Laurent Blanc's men have seen three great chances go begging in the space of a minute at the Parc des Princes.
A THIRD CHANCE GOES BEGGING! Guingamp are lucky to see this one away. A stupendous ball from Thiago Motta towards Cavani sees him one on one. After losing a bit of time aiming to control the ball, he takes it wide of the goalkeeper, but defenders track back. Pastore picks up the loose ball, seeing it palmed away by Samassa, before it is finally cleared.
THIAGO SILVA HITS THE CROSSBAR! Another ball into the box, as Silva and Ibrahimovic jump together, but the Brazilian captain sees his effort slam against the woodwork and away!
SAMASSA! What a save from the goalkeeper. The corner is perfect, the header even better, but the goalkeeper tips off the line from Thiago Silva!!
Unsportsmanlike from Ezequiel Lavezzi. He wins a corner from Fathi Atek, but the Turkish midfielder lies injured. Lavezzi then proceeds to take the corner, but the referee signals a stop in play.
Sirigu with an awkward clearance after being sold short by his defender. Pastore intercepts the return pass from Mathis, but PSG on the counter, see their progress checked by the referee who awards a free-kick after a a Diallo foul.
Pastore once more a little less effective on the right side of a three-man midfield. Bar one or two good touches, hasn't really made an impact in this game so far. The ex-Palermo man not silencing his doubters.
Diallo advances into the opposition half, only for Matuidi to concede a free-kick after a late challenge. Atik, Diallo and Sorbon over this one. And it sails over the bar.
Lavezzi floats the ball into the area from the free-kick, but headed away by Sorbon. Cavani retakes possession, but his slight chip sails over the bar. Nice skill shown by Lavezzi to create the move, though.
Thiago Silva races forward, and passes the ball out wide for Lavezzi. After cutting in, the Argentine is hacked down by Martins-Pereira. Free-kick for les Parisiens.
Matuidi powers through the midfield, with a pass out wide for Gregory van der Wiel. The Dutchman attempts a first-time cross, but sees his effort charged down by Lemaitre.
LAVEZZI! Nice movement once again from Blanc's side. The Argentine latches onto a superb cross-field pass from deep, but his ball into the area is hurriedly cleared by Kerbrat before being collected by Samassa.
Corner to PSG, headed away at the first attempt by Jeremy Sorbon. Maxwell restarts the move, with a pass through the middle, but ultimately PSG are forced back once more.
DIALLO! What a chance for the visitors. Superb ball from the right, enables Thiago Silva to produce an unorthodox clearance into the path of Sadio Diallo. On the half-volley, Diallo fires, deflects off the defender and into the arms of Sirigu. CLOSE!
Ibrahimovic is holding his lower back, after an awkward tumble with Jeremy Sorbon. He should be fine to continue. Meanwhile, Guingamp have a free-kick in the opposition half.
Lovely build-up from PSG. Cavani, Ibrahimovic and Lavezzi involved. A flick-on from the Swede sees the ball in the path of Cavani, with the backheel, but some astute defending blocks the move.
Gregory van der Wiel angry at the non-award of a corner. The Dutchman is adamant the last touch of the ball came off Reynald Lemaitre, but the referee has awarded a goal-kick instead. 17 minutes in - PSG 0-0 EA Guingamp.
Ibrahimovic gets his head onto an aerial ball into the penalty box, but it makes no real harm for Samassa in the Guingamp goal. Meanwhile, Thiago Motta is fouled by Younousse Sankhare.
Laurent Blanc's men make a first foray into the opposition box. Pastore dinks a sweet ball over the top for Edinson Cavani to give chase, but Samassa comes rushing off his line to claim the ball.
PSG still struggling to unlock a determined Guingamp defence. With at least eight players behind the ball at all times. A rather pragmatic approach from the promoted side. Almost a quarter of an hour gone.
Elsewhere in Ligue 1 today; Olympique Lyonnais fell to a 2-1 defeat to Evian TG in Annecy, thanks to a double from Kevin Berigaud. A fourth consecutive defeat for Remi Garde's men.
Yatabare is proving a handful for the Parisien defence as things stand. Superb ball forward from the visitors, but it's one against four. Yatabare goes it along, challenged by Thiago Silva, he's forced onto his weaker foot before slipping under the challenge.
Guingamp more positive at the Parc, compared to their exploits against Marseille on matchday one. Meanwhile, Atik is fouled by Thiago Silva.
BEAUVUE! Over the bar. First proper move from the visitors, as Mustapha Yatabare races down the wing, and evades the sliding challenge of Van der Wiel. Curls it towards the danger zone, and Beauvue, the enterprising midfield, heads it over.
Poor pass from Thiago Motta in midfield, and cut out brilliantly from Sankhare in the holding position in the middle. But the Parisiens have regained the ball. Play currently situated squarely through the midfield.
Beauvue sprays a pass out wide for Diallo to chase, slightly heavy from the visitors and it flies out of play. Neither side have a stranglehold on this yet.
PSG very narrow in these early stages, with the full-backs doing most of the advance play. Motta's pass forward cut out by Mathis, but Guingamp see the ball back to the safety of their own box.
And it's Yatabare who races down the other end, holding off the challenge of Alex. Drifts slightly wide, but the striker's effort sails over Salvatore Sirigu's path.
IBRAHIMOVIC SLAMS THE POST! Early drama here as Beauvue concedes a free-kick. Ibrahimovic stands over it, and slams the set-piece into the left hand corner. Samassa beaten.
KICK OFF IN PARIS! PSG get us underway, attacking from right to left in this first half.
Kick-off imminent, in what is a pleasant late summer's afternoon in the French capital. Can PSG's 4-3-3 formation impress once again? Referee is Benoit Bastien.
Substitutes: Ndy Assembe, Sankoh, Leveque, Mandanne, Douniama, Giresse.
EA GUINGAMP: Samassa - Martins Pereira, Sorbon, Lemaitre, Diallo - Beauvue, Sankharé, Mathis (c), Kerbrat - Yatabaré, Atik.
Substitutes: Douchez, Camara, Digne, Jallet, Verratti, Rabiot, Lucas.
PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN: Sirigu - Thiago Silva (c), Alex, Maxwell, Van der Wiel - Thiago Motta, Matuidi, Pastore - Lavezzi, Cavani, Ibrahimovic.
CONFIRMED TEAM LINE-UPS:
PSG are without Mamadou Sakho, their long-serving defender, who is omitted from the squad to face Guingamp. Reports suggest the defender is locked in talks with a move to the Premier League and Liverpool.
Guingamp meanwhile have adapted well to Ligue 1 following their disastrous opening against Olympique de Marseille on matchday one. The visitors conceded three in 16 minutes, but will be hoping to fare better defensively - a la Ajaccio - at the Parc des Princes.
PSG set eighth, four points adrift of Olympique de Marseille at the start of play, but with Marseille facing AS Monaco in the titular clash at Stade Velodrome tomorrow, it's the perfect opportunity for the Parisiens to catch up.
Laurent Blanc's champions are hoping for a second consecutive win over promoted sides after last Sunday's narrow 2-1 win over FC Nantes, as well as aiming to get off the mark at home following that 1-1 draw against Ajaccio two weeks ago.
Good afternoon, and welcome to today's coverage of the Ligue 1 match between Paris Saint-Germain and EA Guingamp at the Parc des Princes. I'm Mohammed Ali, and I'll be bringing you coverage from the capital as the fourth round of matches gets underway.
