FULL-TIME!!!! Bayern Munich have rounded off a record-breaking campaign in thrilling fashion, twice coming from two goals down to defeat Borussia Monchengladbach 4-3 in what was one of the games of the season. A fitting way for Jupp Heynckes to finish, in terms of the Bundesliga. However, ahead of next weekend's Champions League final, he will not be happy at just how porous his defence looked today! Until next week, though, take it easy.
Bayern really going through the motions here, just knocking the ball about at leisure. Gladbach just have absolutely nothing left in the tank.
Schweinsteiger is still driving Bayern forward, but this game has rather petered out since Robben's goal.
Luuk de Jong
Emotional moment here for Hanke, as his number is up. He's not being offered a new deal so he gets a tremendous ovation from the home fans in what is his final appearance for the club. On comes de Jonge.
Bayern opt to make a change themselves, with Pizzarro taking over from Muller.
Off goes Herrmann now, with Younes coming on in his stead.
And that's Mandzukic's last contribution of the afternoon, as he makes way for Mario Gomez.
Terrific break down the left wing from Bayern and the ball is whipped over the back post, where Mandzukic is waiting. He looks certain to score but ter Stegen acrobatically keeps out his downward header with his right foot. Great save!
Bayern threatening another goal, but ter Stegen is keeping his side in the game.
Not sure taking off Hrgota was the best option but no doubting the fact that Favre had to make a change. This game is getting away from Gladbach - and has been for some time.
Hrgota was lively enough in the first half, but he's been forced off and replaced by Rupp.
Well, Monchengladbach are understandably reeling after blowing a two-goal lead against the champions. They look out on their feet.
BAYERN LEAD!!! Incredible stuff from the champions, as they take the lead through Robben. However, you will not be surprised to learn that Ribery is heavily involved once again, picking his fellow winger out at the back post with a measured cross. Hats off to Robben, though, for what was a controlled volley.
BAYERN ALMOST AHEAD!! Mandzukic looks certain to put Bayern into the lead for the first time with a header but ter Stegen pulls off a fantastic save. Ominous for the hosts, though.
SO CLOSE FOR GLADBACH! Arango tries his luck from distance with a free kick that swerves all over the place but Neuer readjusts himself superbly to somehow keep the ball out.
WHAT. A. GOAL. Ribery, who has been immense all afternoon, has just levelled this game in the most sensational fashion, meeting Lahm's cross from the right full on the volley, giving ter Stegen absolutely no chance. Stunning!
Monchengladbach seemed to have regrouped well during the break and Bayern are not bossing things in the middle of the park anymore.
Bright start to the second half from Monchengladbach, with Hrgota going close with a decent strike from the edge of the area.
The second half is under way. If it's half as entertaining as the first, we're in for a real treat.
A few players out their for Bayern may have been thinking more about self-preservation in that opening period. A couple of them may not have a final to prepare for though after their horrendous start. A few on Bayern's bench will be relishing the chance to state their claim for a place in the final line up in the second half.
It's difficult to put your finger on why Bayern started so slow. There's a strong suggestion that the side starting today will be the one starting at London next weekend. Whether that is still the case remains to be seen after they were made to look fairly ordinary by their opponents.
HALF-TIME: GLADBACH 3-2 BAYERN Well, I don't think any off us thought we'd be treated to this today! A Bayern side that has prided itself on a stern defence all season, has been breached three times in the opening half by a possessed Gladbach side! They've managed to pull back two. Can they complete a miraculous turnaround in the second half?
Just a minute left of this breathless first half. I don't think many of us want it to end!
FCB are now peppering the box with a series of corners. An opportunity to shoot falls the way of Ribery but his effort is blocked behind for another corner!
Close! The ball is swung into the Gladbach penalty area and after a bit of pinball it falls at the feet of Robben who tries to fire a shot on the spin from just outside the 6-yard-box, but it flies wide.
Finally Gladbach break and it's Hanke who has the chance, but the striker fires wide as his side try to catch their opponents on the counter.
Another reason it could have gone a bit quiet is nerves though. Bayern are doing all of the pushing for the moment but can't quite find that final pass to set up an opportunity.
Things have certainly calmed down since that incredible opening twenty minutes. It's gone a bit quiet at Borussia Park, but I just suspect the crowd is trying to get its breath back!
Robben cuts inside and hits a shot towards goal, that takes a huge deflection and loops just over the bar. That's a bit more incisive from Heynckes' men.
The home side have certainly cut back on their forays forward. They seem quite happy to sit in formation in their own half and frustrate the champions.
Bayern continue to press for an equaliser, with Scheweinsteiger trying his luck from distance. But that was never troubling the Gladbach goal.
Gladbach are holding firm for now as Bayern continue to hog all the possession. Ribery and Robben are seeing a lot of the ball but neither are able to find that killer ball just yet.
Borussia Park has been a bit of a bogey ground for Bayern in the last few years. They haven't won at this ground since 2006 in the league. If they're to do so today they'll have done it the hard way.
The visitors seemed to have finally found their groove after that second goal. Monchengladbach are struggling to get out of their own half for the moment.
Bayern now pushing for a third themselves and now it's the home side's turn to look dodgy in defence! This could end 10-all!
BAYERN BACK IN THE GAME - AGAIN! A throw-in on the left-hand side finds Muller, who flicks the ball back to Ribery, who takes a touch before beating ter Stegen at his near post with a low drive. What an opening quarter! Never seen anything like it.
Bayern haven't conceded more than three goals in a league match until today. It won't be doing much for their confidence ahead of their two finals coming up.
Jupp Heynckes' face is a picture! The man is furious. This is not how he envisaged his final game as Bayern boss going. And what must he be thinking ahead of the Champions League final? Bayern's defence looks desperately vulnerable for the first time this season. What a boost for Dortmund!
To put this into context, Bayern had conceded just 15 goals in their previous 33 Bundesliga games this season. They conceded three inside the opening 11 minutes here.
AND ANOTHER!!!!! Arango releases Herrmann with a sublime outside-of-the-foot pass. The German then rolls the ball inside for Nordtveit, who sweeps the ball past a shell-shocked Neuer. It's three goals in 11 minutes for the hosts.
GOOOAAALLLL!!!! MARTINEZ PULLS ONE BACK INSTANTLY!!! Lovely play from the visitors as Ribery finds the Spaniard with a first time lay off after a fantastic run into the area where he calmly places the ball beyond ter Stegen.
GOOOAAALL!!! TWO IN TWO MINUTES FOR DIE FOHLEN!! What a start this is for Favre's side! Hrgota slips in his striking partner Hanke and the striker coolly slots the ball beyond Neuer to send the crowd nuts at Borussia Park!
GOOAAAALLL!!! GLADBACH HAVE THE LEAD!! What a start for the hosts as Stranzl gets his head on the end of Arango's cross and nods the hosts into the lead. No chance for Neuer.
Bayern have the first attack of the game but Schweinsteiger's free kick is over everyone, Javi Martinez just can't get anything on it at the far post.
We are underway at Borussia Park
BAYERN:(4-2-3-1) Neuer - Lahm, Boateng, Dante, Alaba - Schweinsteiger, Martínez - Robben, Müller, Ribéry – Mandzukic.
GLADBACH:(4-4-2) ter Stegen - Jantschke, Stranzl, Brouwers, Wendt - Nordtveit, Xhaka - Herrmann, Arango - Hanke, Hrgota.
We aren't far from kick-off now so how's about some team news?
FCB will break the Bundesliga points tally record if they win at Borussi Park this afternoon, becoming the first ever side to wrap up over 90 points. And as long as Manuel Neuer doesn't concede more than five goals, the side will also set the record for fewest goals against in a single season.
Bayern may have wrapped up the title ages ago and they have one eye on the Champions League final next week but Jupp Heynckes looks like he's named his strongest squad for this afternoon. And why not when his side are on the brink of setting more Bundesliga records this afternoon.
A warm welcome to Goal's coverage from the final day of the Bundesliga! I'm Harry Slavin and I'll be with you over the next couple of hours to take you through Bayern Munich's clash with Borussia Monchengladbach. Let's get cracking shall we?
