Could be questioned for both goals, especially the second, but other than that, Carrasso pulled off a couple of supreme stops – most notably the double save which denied Ibrahimovic and Digne.
The Argentine defender endured a woeful debut. Tasked with the daunting test of limiting Lucas Moura’s movement on the wing, he failed miserably. Despite a couple of tackles, he played a bizarre offside trap which gifted Lucas an easy second. Poor positional sense.
A testing evening from the Brazilian defender. Booked after a poor challenge, and almost sent off after a hand on Ibrahimovic. Failed to track the run of Matuidi for the goal.
Like Henrique, struggled with the level of pace from the PSG forwards. Fared worse as the game continued as PSG took complete control towards the end of the second half.
Better going forward rather than at the back, his decision making let him down. Had a brilliant chance to cause damage on the wing but faltered. Not on the same wavelength as the forwards.

The powerful midfielder was at the forefront of Bordeaux’s endeavours - but they were few in number. Tracked back well to help his defence in the first half, but out of his depth in the second.
Struggled in the middle of the park, losing ground on Matuidi. Looked decent enough in possession nonetheless, which can’t be said of his team-mates.
Not as influential going forward compared to previous games. Had a lone shot saved well by Sirigu before tailing off in the second half.
The big Malian striker was ineffective for large periods of the game. Didn’t really get the service he desired, but was easily beaten by Alex for his one notable chance.
The highly inconsistent winger endured another off-night. Poor decision making and a rather lax performance capped off a disappointing match, highlighted best towards the end of the first half when foolishly running the ball out of play.
The Uruguayan forward was handed a rare start ahead of Maurice-Belay but struggled throughout in what was a very disappointing night. Likely to return to the bench after failing to impress.
Once more had virtually nothing to do except to save a long range effort from Ludovic Obraniak.
G. van der Wiel
The Dutchman is improving as he keeps out Jallet in the line-up. Comfortable evening, but still struggled on occasions.
Another good performance from the PSG captain, despite his midweek excursions. Comfortable at the back, solid over the 90 minutes.
Given a testing time with Cheikh Diabate, and struggled with the aerial threat that he posed on occasions. Nevertheless, he ultimately won that battle with a superb sliding tackle. Decent throughout.
Almost had a horrendous debut, limping inside five minutes and looking jittery. But Digne grew in confidence, and enjoyed a good performance on the left.
Matuidi continues to impress in the middle of the park. Fantastic movement for such a powerful midfielder, highlighted in his starting the move which led to his first goal via Ibrahimovic’s clever pass.
Even though he was eventually booked, Verratti showed a bit of discipline in his play. Superb as ever in possession, he carved up the Bordeaux defence for PSG’s second.
Decent performance from Motta, with his passing and good sense of ball retention contributing to PSG’s comfortable win. His set-pieces, however, leave a lot to be desired.
The star of the evening by a clear mile. Scored his first PSG goal tonight to cap off a stunning performance. Bordeaux couldn’t handle his pace and trickery as the Brazilian dazzled on the wing. Gave namesake Lucas Orban the complete runaround. One fears for Pastore’s future in the team after such a display.
Struggled initially, but in typical Ibrahimovic style, he turned it around with a moment of magic to set up Matuidi for his goal. Finished strongly before being subbed for Cavani.
The 18-year-old was handed a competitive debut after a couple of good cameos, and he looked every bit a future star for PSG. Fantastic movement off the ball, and routinely got himself into good positions. Perhaps lacking with conviction but at that age in this competitive league, that’s a worry for another day.
