The goal came after some good work on the left by Lenny, with Balan meeting the winger's cross and heading the ball past Air India goalkeeper Jagroop Singh.
Balal Arezou missed a sitter in the 65th minute after good work from Balan and Lamine Tamba.
Jaison Vales and Henri Antchouet managed to find the net towards the end of the game to ensure the score line justified the champions performance on the field.
