  Another incredibly energetic performance from the midfielder, who pushed forward on a regular basis to support the attacking players but struggled to find his technique when in such areas. Defended with gusto, as always, making a lung-bursting run to make a key interception towards full-time.

  Whenever the former Sochaux youth was in possession, there was a wave of anticipation around the crowd, and he ultimately finished the game off with an emphatic finish for the second goal. He can be a frustrating figure at times and not everything he tried worked, but he always needed closely policed.

  Went forward with the ball purposefully on a regular basis, with the highlight being a surging second-half run that took him past Nkoulou before he powered a shot over. Was a little profligate in good positions, but a strong showing overall.

  Of the PSG central players, it was the former Liverpool and Juventus man who was given the most obviously defensive role. There were times he struggled to contain Valbuena, but he had a good game overall. Replaced by Rabiot with an hour played.

  Came into the squad as Zlatan Ibrahimovic was given a chance to rest and did his job as he drew the foul that led to the hosts grabbing the lead. Headed over midway through the second half and had a quiet match overall.
