  PREVIEW

This will be a match that will make an interesting watch as both Air India and Mohun Bagan have gotten off to a dismal start to their seasons. Mohun Bagan have been woeful after they crashed out of the Federation Cup and followed that with defeats to Shillong Lajong FC and Prayag United. These results have sparked protests from the fans and culminated in coach Santosh Kashyap's resignation.

Salgaocar coach Karim Bencherifa was lured back to his old club and will take charge from November 18th onward. Till then the team will be under the eye of Assistant Coach Mridul Bannerjee who needs to find a way to keep his defence stable in addition to kickstarting Tolgay Ozbey's Bagan career. Odafa Okolie hasn't been in the best of forms either. There have been problems between the players in the training sessions lately with skipper Odafa being at the heart of it all.

Durand Cup winners Air India find themselves in a similar situation after being hammered at the hands of Prayag United in the I-League opener and following it up with a defeat to a resurgent Pailan Arrows.

Coach Godfrey Perreira will be looking at this opportunity to get some points on board as Bagan have been anything but stable in the season so far. The Mumbai club will need to use this as the launch pad to kickstart their flagging season.

  DID YOU KNOW?

Air India: Godfrey Perreira will be looking to utilise the same 4-5-1 formation, that he employed against Pailan Arrows. Ramandeep Singh and Alan Dais have been ruled out of the tie due to injury concerns. Though it ended in a defeat for the Mumbai club, the team looked more compact in midfield. However midfielder Souvik Chakrabarty is on a yellow card and needs to ensure he doesn't pick up another booking in the game.

Mohun Bagan: Mridul Bannerjee looks set to bring in some changes with regular goalie Arindam Bhattacharya likely to sit out in favour of Shilton Paul and medio Snehashish Chakrabarty replacing Denson Devadas. The coach might just use the 4-3-3 formation, that was seen in the Prayag United game, to provide more of an attacking threat to the Kolkata club.
