Chris Hughton's side battled to a goalless draw at home to Martin Jol's Cottagers and the Canaries' winless run continues after not picking up three points since December

    Mark Bunn

With very few shots on target throughout, Bunn had a quiet match. He did make one notable save from Sidwell, however.

    Russell Martin

Damien Duff looked lively early on, suggesting that Martin would be in for a tough afternoon. However, the Scotland international dealt with him in a commanding performance as captain.

  • S. Bassong

    S. Bassong

With Rodallega the only player seemingly playing as an out-and-out striker, Bassong kept tight to him while Turner lurked around them and this tactic worked well as they took him out of the game.

  • Michael Turner

    Michael Turner

Fulham's unwillingness to put crosses into the area meant that Turner's job mostly consisted of booting away any knockdowns that Rodallega was able to pull off and the former Sunderland man did that fairly well as the striker put in an ineffectual display.

  • Javier Garrido

    Javier Garrido

Bryan Ruiz was Garrido's main opponent today and the Spaniard did a good job on him in the first half as he pressured him into errors. After half-time the Fulham man managed to get around this by positioning himself more centrally.

  • Bradley Johnson

    Bradley Johnson

Started the match by kicking Berbatov in the face and he did not get that much better in truth. Too often he hit poor hit-and-hope passes up towards Becchio, while he offered very little to counter the threat of Berbatov.

  • Robert Snodgrass

Robert Snodgrass Top of the Match

By far the livelier of Norwich's wingers. The former Leeds man gave Riise something to think about by running at him whenever possible and putting in a number of crosses. He even tracked back to give Martin a hand several times.

  • Wesley Hoolahan

    Wesley Hoolahan

After a consistent season so far, the Irishman appears to finally be earning some international recognition with Ireland, and he was noticeably full of confidence. The midfielder produced some excellent turns and he always looked as though he would create something.

  • Elliott Bennett

    Elliott Bennett

With Pilkington missing, Elliott Bennett had the chance to impress from the start, but sadly for him he was ineffectual. He was rarely used as an outlet and on the few occasions he did get the ball he did very little with it. Booked in the first half for a wild tackle on Rodallega.

  • Alexander Tettey

    Alexander Tettey

The driving force behind several Norwich attacks as he picked the ball up in deep areas before surging forward. He bizarrely seems more comfortable with difficult passes than easy ones, but he got stuck in to tackles throughout as the two midfields battled for supremacy.

  • Luciano Becchio

    Luciano Becchio

Norwich's latest acquisition from Leeds United made his Premier League debut against Fulham. The Argentine had a number of half-chances which were predominantly headers and one effort on the stretch that Schwarzer saved well. However, generally the supply to him was not particularly great.

Substitutions

    Kei Kamara

The forward made his debut in the final 10 minutes and showed some flashes of his ability but ultimately did not have enough time to make the difference.

  • K. Jackson

    K. Jackson

Came on for the quiet Bennett with about 10 minutes to go and aside from one tame effort, he had little impact.

  • Mark Schwarzer

    Mark Schwarzer

Much like his opposite number Mark Bunn, the Aussi goalkeeper hardly touched the ball. Norwich managed a decent number of efforts, but virtually all of them went harmlessly wide.

  • John Arne Riise

    John Arne Riise

With Snodgrass in a confident mood, Riise had plenty to think about today. The Scot is particularly unpredictable due to his comfort with both feet and close control and Riise struggled to contend with him all afternoon.

  • Philippe Senderos

    Philippe Senderos

As Hangeland dealt with Becchio, Senderos was left to sweep up around the Norwegian and he did a reasonable job. The nippy Hoolahan managed to break free of him a few times, but Senderos' headed clearances and defending of low crosses stood him in good stead.

  • Brede Hangeland

    Brede Hangeland

Luciano Becchio will know he is in the Premier League after a battle with Hangeland. Becchio won a few headers in the area, but the presence of Hangeland ensured his efforts flew comfortably wide. On the floor the Norwegian stayed tight to his man, effectively nullifying him as a threat in passing moves.

  • Stanislav Manolev

    Stanislav Manolev

The full-back on loan from PSV Eindhoven probably could not have expected a more comfortable Premier League debut. He kept Bennett and Garrido at bay throughout and passed well enough.

  • Steve Sidwell

    3.50

    Steve Sidwell

A constant nuisance to the Norwich midfield due to his endless running and incessant niggling. He gave away a few fouls, but that was effectively his job today. The former Chelsea man also proved useful going forward, too, as he forced Bunn into a couple of saves.

  • Emmanuel Frimpong

    Emmanuel Frimpong

The other Fulham debutant alongside Manolev, and it was a mixed bag for the Arsenal loanee. The Ghanaian's passing was good, he found space for his teammates and he helped hassle the Norwich midfield, but he made several unnecessary fouls and picked a yellow card for a silly tackle on Snodgrass by the corner flag.

  • Damien Duff

    1
    2.00

    Damien Duff

Duff saw plenty of the ball in the early stages, but he found himself crowded out by Martin and Co. meaning he had to come inside more often that not. One would do well to find a period of play were he actually beat his marker.

  • Dimitar Berbatov

    1
    3.50

    Dimitar Berbatov

Although he was far from his best, there are few players Premier League who embody effortless class quite like Dimitar Berbatov. Half of the time he looked to be elsewhere, but then he would produce a simple touch which would take his marker completely out of the game. The main criticism of performance would be that he

  • Bryan Ruiz

    Bryan Ruiz

Costa Rican Ruiz found it difficult to get fully involved in the first half, but after half-time he looked in the mood. His passing was top-notch and his clever flicks were immaculate. He will, however, be a little disappointed that he could not find more deliveries into the box.

  • Hugo Rodallega

Hugo Rodallega Flop of the Match

In a team alongside players like Berbatov and Ruiz, Rodallega should not have problems with getting chances, but he did. The Colombian's movement was too predictable and he seemed relcutant to run in behind the Norwich centre-backs.

Substitutions

  • Ashkan Dejagah

    Urby Emanuelson

Replaced Frimpong with about 20 minutes left and apart from pick up a yellow card for a nasty tackle on Hoolahan, he did very little.

  • Mladen Petric

    Mladen Petric

Had about 25 minutes to make an impact in place of the poor Rodallega, but with Norwich spending most of that time on the attack Petric had few opportunities to impress.
